Cupcake decorating for Beginners.
Perfect for the absolute beginner or for those needing a little refresher, this class will include 12 freshly baked cupcakes ready for decoration and you will be given Victoria’s Vanilla cupcake and buttercream recipe to take away, along with a hints and tips sheet.
This day will include:
Introduction to sugarcraft. After colouring your sugarpaste you will use various moulds, cutters, plungers and veiners, making beautiful little edible decorations.
How to make your own modelling paste.
Handmade small roses, no cutters required!
Introduction to buttercream. You will be taught how to make gorgeously smooth and light buttercream, and then colour it yourselves before filling your own piping bags ready for action!
How to “flat top” and “dome” your cupcakes with buttercream.
How to pipe the perfect swirl! You will have plenty of practice time to perfect your new found skills before being let loose onto your cupcakes!
You will also use other nozzles including the French nozzle and be taught how to pipe “grass” as well as making your own “two tone” buttercream.
How to decorate your beautifully piped cupcakes with your own handmade sugar decorations.

We accept credit and debits cards via Paypal. Cheque is also accepted provided clearance is at least 10 days before the date of the class booked.
Booking conditions We kindly ask that you double check your availability before booking a specific class date, as we are unable to offer a refund for cancellation of a class. In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by us, a full refund will be given.

Our vouchers can be sent in the post to you in advance, or they can be sent to you in E Voucher form via email, so you can print them from home, or we can email them directly to the lucky recipient!
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards any of our classes in Norwich or West London. They are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
