Valentine’s Cupcake Class.
Cupcakes…the way to a mans heart. If you want to give your partner something a bit special this year, come along to this class to make a box of beautifully romantic cupcakes ready to give to him (or her) on Valentine’s Day, all made by your fair hand. In this class you will leave with a ribbon tied box of 6 romantic cupcakes, personalised for your partner, along with Victoria’s Vanilla recipe and tips sheet. Chocolate and bubbly along with tea, coffee and biscuits will be the refreshments for this special class.
In this class you will:
Work with romantic colours to achieve that instant Valentine’s feel.
Work with modelling paste, sugar paste and florist paste for a variety of different decorations.
Learn how to make little sugar “name banners” to personalise your cupcakes, as well as embossing and making edible gold paint.
Learn how to make free-hand roses…no cutters required!
Learn how to cover your cupcakes perfectly with beautiful smooth fondant.
Level: Beginner to intermediate

We accept credit and debits cards via Paypal. Cheque is also accepted provided clearance is at least 10 days before the date of the class booked.
