Victoria’s Vintage Cupcake Decorating Class.
In this class, the focus will be on making beautifully romantic designs including the incredibly popular Cameo’s, Lace, Pearls and Birdcage. This is ideal as a follow on class from “Cupcake decorating for Beginners” or for those who would like to improve on their own decorating skills. This class will include 12 freshly baked cupcakes ready for decoration and you will be given Victoria’s Vanilla cupcake and buttercream recipe to take away, along with a hints and tips sheet.
This day will include:
Introduction to flower paste. You will learn how to use this paste by creating intricate designs that hold their shape
Introduction to royal icing. You will be taught how to use royal icing to enhance and complete your designs.
How to create beautifully smooth fondant covered cupcakes.
How to create the popular Cameo, Lace and pearl effects, as well as the stunning “Birdcage” cupcake.
How to make romantic ribbon roses, no cutters required!
How to achieve the perfect vintage tones and hues.
Level: Beginner to intermediate
Length of class: Approximately 6 hours, with a short break for lunch. Please bring lunch with you!

We accept credit and debits cards via Paypal. Cheque is also accepted provided clearance is at least 10 days before the date of the class booked.
Booking conditions. We kindly ask that you double check your availability before booking a specific class date, as we are unable to offer a refund for cancellation of a class. In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by us, a full refund will be given.

Our vouchers can be sent in the post to you in advance, or they can be sent to you in E Voucher form via email, so you can print them from home, or we can email them directly to the lucky recipient!
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards any of our classes in Norwich and West London. They are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
