Q. What sort of events do you cater for?
A. We can bake delights for any occasion including weddings, civil partnerships, engagements, christenings, baby showers, hen & stag parties, corporate events….the possibilities are endless!

Q. Why do Victoria’s Kitchen cakes taste so yummy and fresh?
A. All our cupcakes are baked fresh in small batches for ever order. It takes longer, but it tastes better. We use the finest ingredients possible including Madagascan vanilla extract, free range eggs, English butter, fresh lemons and the finest Fair Trade chocolate.
Q. How long will my cupcakes stay fresh for?
A. They’ll stay fresh for up to 4 days in their box – if you can keep them that long! Although, they are at their best eaten on the day of delivery.
Q. How should I store my cupcakes?
A. The cupcakes are best stored in their box in a cool, dry place – but they do not like to be refrigerated or stored in an airtight container.
Q. What sizes are your cupcakes?
A. Mini cupcakes are around 5cm x 5cm and large cupcakes are around 8cm x 8cm.
Q. Where are the cupcakes baked?
A. Everything is baked from scratch in our registered home kitchen in Chiswick, West London.
Q. Can I come to collect my cake?
A. Yes! But as this is a residential street, collections are strictly by appointment only.
Q. Will Victoria’s Kitchen deliver outside of London?
A. Yes! We can deliver to the home counties and we also cater for weddings and large events in Victoria’s home county of Norfolk.
Q. Can I hire cake stands from Victoria’s Kitchen?
A. Yes! Victoria’s Kitchen has a wide range of vintage and contemporary stands available for hire at varying prices.
Q. How much deposit do you require when ordering a large cake?
A. We require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost in order to secure the date, with the balance payable 4 weeks before the event.
Q. Do you cater for people with nut allergies?
A. Although our cakes do not include nuts, we do bake in a kitchen where nuts are used, therefore we are not recommended for those with nut allergies.
Q. Can I have fresh flowers on my wedding cake?
A. Of course! We will work with your florist who will be supplying the flowers, and decorate the cake at the venue. Some flowers are toxic for use as cake decoration, please ask your florist for details.
