Marianne will take you through the essential steps for vegan baking and show you how to use plant-based ingredients for top results. You will learn how to bake the perfect vegan chocolate sponge, how to make a simple, not-too-sweet vegan buttercream, use real fruit raspberry powder to flavour, and then trim and layer the sponges to create a professionally-finished cake. Marianne will show you how to make a vegan drip ganache and take you through some simple piping techniques to finish off your cakes, which you will top with some gorgeous organic edible flowers.
