This workshop will cover all you need to know about setting up a cake business from home with plenty of time for questions. You will also be able to join the private Facebook group – which has been set up for especially for the Business Students. This group will provide ongoing support and guidance as you start your cake selling journey!
In this class you will learn how to master those tricky macaron shells yourselves which will include choosing your own colour palette. There will be a demonstration for some delicious fillings, and once you have assembled your masterpieces we will show you how to package them beautifully. Our Pastry Chef Umit will guide you through the mixing, drying and baking of the shells and talk through potential pitfalls you might experience at each stage. They are expensive little treats for a reason!
At the end of the session, you should have at least 20 macarons to take home in some beautiful packaging, a recipe and tips sheet, and the confidence to do this at home.
