With a combination of hands-on baking and demonstrations, our tutor will guide you through the recipes step by step to create the perfect set of Traditional Bakes. You will make a Victoria Sponge, Lemon Drizzle Madeira Loaf and a Chocolate Swiss Roll. There will be plenty of time for questions and trouble shooting during the day and it’s the ideal class to give you confidence in baking.
Everything is provided in class, and you leave with your delicious creations, all boxed up with a full recipe and tips sheet. You will be taught by our Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef Umit.
