We are thrilled to share a new workshop with you – Chocolate Baking Masterclass. This is a one day class, designed to teach you different ways to bake with chocolate and produce the most delicious creations for your home celebrations or cake businesses.
Our Cordon Bleu trained Tutor Umit, will guide you through these bakes step by step, and you will make three different bakes as well as gorgeous toppings and fillings.
In class you will learn all about Creaming Method, Melting Method and Separated Egg Method, as well as make a velvety Ganache and a fruity Blackberry Buttercream . Techniques will also include working with ganache at different consistencies, ie covering the cake, piping and dripping. You will also learn about working with pretty edible flowers for your creations. You’ll leave with a beautiful decorated Celebration Cake, delicious Chocolate Chip Muffins and delicate Flourless Almond Teacakes.
