You will learn how to split, fill, and mask your beautifully rich chocolate cake professionally, as well as finish it to a high standard (in the colour of your choice) with my new silky smooth buttercream recipe – a bit like Swiss Meringue without all the faff! You will make gold Chocolate Bark, little gold chocolate bars, bling up some seasonal fruit and learn how to make delicious chocolate roses from modelling chocolate, as well as the all important ‘Drip’ which we will make from a glossy chocolate glaze. You will finish it off with some fabulous ‘no deep fry’ donuts, which will be made in advance and you will of course take the recipe away, some edible glitter and of course some luxurious edible gold leaf.
