This class is a perfect introduction to ganache and covering cakes in a celebration style. Design inspired by one of my cake heroes Andrea Sullivan.
You will learn how to split, level, fill and cover your cake professionally, as well as decorate it to a high standard in a colour of your choice. We will use the ganache lid method – a must for those sharp edges! This class will also cover transferable skills including dripping fondant, sugar cherries and sprinkles. All materials and ingredients are provided and you will leave with a beautiful tall 6” chocolate cake, decorated by you to take home to enjoy with your family! This class will change the way you decorate cakes – forever!
