The first of our new Patisserie at Home range of classes…. A fun, informative and hands-on class to teach you how to achieve these tricky little beauties at home. We have designed this class so you will have the confidence to rustle these up in your own kitchen with no specialist equipment. Ideal for family celebrations, tea parties, baby showers, dinner parties or just to show off at coffee morning!
In this class you will learn how to master those tricky macaron shells yourselves which will include choosing your own colour palette. There will be a demonstration for some delicious fillings, and once you have assembled your masterpieces we will show you how to package them beautifully. This class is taught by our Pastry Chefs David & Umit, and they will guide you through the mixing, drying and baking of the shells and talk through potential pitfalls you might experience at each stage. They are expensive little treats for a reason!
At the end of the session, you should have at least 20 macarons to take home in some beautiful packaging, a recipe and tips sheet, and the confidence to do this at home.
