n this new short class, you will be presented with 6 freshly baked cupcakes and be taught how to decorate them beautifully. You will make the buttercream from scratch, you will then learn how to master 3 of the popular nozzles to achieve some beautiful and professional looking cupcakes. There will also be some time to make some modelling paste and decorations! You will leave the class with knowledge on how to achieve flat baked cupcakes, beautifully soft buttercream and some fabulous new piping skills! You’ll take home the cupcakes you decorated in your colour choice along with a recipe and tips sheet.
