New for 2019, a hands-on class with our Cordon Bleu trained Pastry Chef Umit, taking through the step by step guide to the perfect Tray Bake. Ideal for celebrations, school fayres and weekend treats!
In this class you will make a Peanut Millionaire’s Shortbread, Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce, and of course the Ultimate Chocolate Cherry Brownie. There will be a combination of hands-on and demonstrations (mainly hands-on), and you will create everything from scratch – including Shortbread, Caramel, and Toffee Sauce. All equipment and ingredients are provided, along with light refreshments and a glass or two of prosecco, and you will take everything away at the end of the session with a recipe and tips sheet and the confidence to make these again and again at home!
